We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with easy access to Venice, Verona, and Vicenza. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, providing us with a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, especially the spa facilities. We enjoyed the thermal spas, massages, and exercise classes, which were all designed to enhance our well-being. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were a great addition, providing options for both relaxation and exercise. I stayed at a hotel during Easter and I must say that the location was great, it was situated close to a shopping area and offered an excellent view. Another advantage was that the hotel had an open area, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather. The cherry on the cake was the comfortable and clean room that we were provided with.

There were a few negative aspects that we experienced. the staff was not very welcoming and often seemed uninterested in providing their services.
